Di has over 30 years of impressive experience in architectural planning, design and project management. Her vast knowledge of the industry blending seamlessly with sustainable building design have set benchmarks for the industry while winning recognition from peers. Di has completed a project that has become one of the 1st LEED certified parking structures of its kind in the nation. She is a speaker and educator on issues of environmental sensitivity within the parking and architectural worlds and has spoken at national and international conferences. She is familiar with the requirements of the Green Garage Council (GPC) certification process and the Envision Sustainability Rating System certification set by the Institute of Sustainable Infrastructure. She enjoys educating clients on their investment profitability and manages projects to ensure their cost effectiveness and timely completion while maintaining client satisfaction. |

 About Robert Wood RA, Sr. Associate
Mr. Wood’s professional career includes over 30 years experience covering a variety of projects, including multi-purpose structures, such as parking structures,casino hotels with unique design features, regional malls, mid-rise commercial offices, and Multi-modal transportation facilities. He has specialized in parking structures for the last 20 years, the bids on all his projects have come in under budget, none of his projects have used the entire construction contingency fund, and 4 of his projects have been given awards. An on-going interest in code conformance and constructability has been an essential element in his success. His experience includes coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and building officials during all phases of the project, and writing or reviewing proposals, specifications, and construction administration documents. Mr. Wood has experience designing photo-voltaic panel assembly installations for parking structures. |
